After working briefly for an urban planning firm, Bob's sales career started in earnest selling books, residential real-estate and Canon Office Equipment in the Twin Cities. In his role as a copier salesman Bob received several awards, promotions, and developed several national relationships that lasted for many years after his departure. During his tenure with Vendor Services Bob held many different sales positions from District Sales Manager to National Vice President of Sales. He started such notable national programs with Gateway Computers, commercial laundry equipment manufacturer Speed Queen and many other less recognizable national firms. While in these positions he received many sales, sales growth, and management awards culminating with twice being awards the Pinnacle Awards as the top sales person in the nation. Bob was then an officer in a venture capital leasing company before taking a hiatus to travel the worlds, tour on his Harley and raise along with his wife their adopted Chinese special needs daughter during her early years in St. Paul, MN. Bob's extensive sales and management training have served him well throughout his career. It is his mission to pass on his knowledge, experience, and passion for excellence to others so they can improve and excel as individuals, in groups and as organizations.
