She is a skilled facilitator with over 15 years experience working with small, medium, and large groups.
Susan's experience in assessment, analysis, training facilitation, management, strategic planning, leadership, and operations has provided her with a broad range of knowledge and experience. She integrates these skills to provide innovative and aligned learning solutions for organizations.
Susan has a Master of Educations degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and is a certified trainer for Achieve Global and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument. Susan is passionate about organizational culture and learning that empowers individuals to grow and develop.
